1. Who this is between
Triway CRM is provided by Triway Technologies LLC, Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("Triway", "we"). You are the company that creates or joins a workspace ("you", "the customer"), acting through the people you invite. By creating a workspace, or accepting an invitation into one, you agree to these terms on that company's behalf.
2. What you get
A workspace of your own on a shared, hosted service: companies, contacts, opportunities, a pipeline, activity, reports, and a research agent that reads public sources to keep records current, within the allowance of your plan. Every record in your workspace belongs to your company. Nobody outside it can see it, and the database itself enforces that boundary.
3. Accounts and people
- Each person signs in with their own work email. Accounts are not shared.
- The person who creates the workspace is its owner. Owners and admins invite colleagues and set their roles; they are responsible for who has access.
- You keep your sign-in links and passwords to yourself and tell us at once if you think an account has been misused.
4. Plans, trials and payment
- A workspace starts on a 14-day trial. After it, use continues on the plan agreed with Triway in writing, sized by contacts and included agent runs. The service says so politely when you reach a limit and tells you the way up.
- During the pilot period plans are assigned by Triway and invoiced by Triway. Self-service payment follows and will be described here when it does.
- Prices are in AED for the United Arab Emirates and INR for India, exclusive of VAT and GST, which are added where they apply.
5. Acceptable use
Use the service for your own company's sales work. Do not upload data you have no right to hold, send unlawful marketing from it, probe or load-test it without written agreement, or try to reach another company's workspace. The research agent reads public sources on your behalf and never sends messages; you remain responsible for how you use what it finds.
6. Your data
You own the data in your workspace. We process it only to run the service, as the privacy notice describes, and we do not sell it or use it to train models. Your admins can export reports at any time, and on request we hand over a full export of your workspace within ten working days of the end of the agreement, then delete it.
7. Availability and support
We run the service on hosted infrastructure in Frankfurt with daily backups and monitoring that alerts a person. During the pilot period there is no formal uptime commitment; we tell you about incidents and planned work as they happen. Support is by email at akshay@triwaytechnologies.com and a person answers on the same working day, Sunday to Thursday, Gulf Standard Time. See Support.
8. Ending the agreement
You may stop at the end of any paid period by writing to us. We may suspend a workspace that breaks section 5, after telling you why and giving you a chance to put it right where that is reasonable. Either way, section 6 applies to your data.
9. Liability
[Legal to confirm: liability capped at the fees paid in the twelve months before the claim; no liability for indirect or consequential loss; nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.]
10. Governing law
[Legal to confirm: the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai.]
11. Changes
When these terms change we update the date at the top and, for a change that affects your rights, email your workspace owner at least 30 days before it takes effect.
